Vitafem is a premium multi-vitamin and multi-mineral supplement specially developed to help support fertility, redress nutritional imbalances and prepare the body for conception.
Many factors influence your chances of conception, including age, general health and stress levels, as well as sperm and egg quality. The more you are in balance in mind, body and spirit, the greater your chance of conception and the healthier your baby is likely to be. In an ideal world this balance happens naturally. However, inadequate diet, intensive food production and processing and the demands of job, travel and family, may mean that our nutritional needs are not met adequately all of the time.
We recommend that all our clients increase their intake of important nutrients during the pre-conception phase, if only as an insurance policy.
Vitafem’s new formulation contains 400ug of Folic Acid, an increased level of Co Q10, B vitamins (to help maintain hormonal balance) and a much wider range of valuable anti-oxidants, including seven new fruit extracts.

Started on the Vitafem capsules 2 months ago to get my body ready for pregnancy. I am 31 years old and never been pregnant. Anyway found out last week that I am 4-5 weeks pregnant, first try. Not saying it is due to the vitamins but they definitely prepared my body for pregnancy. I have also noticed my nails are super-long now and shiny, and my hair is shinier and softer as well. Highly recommended if you are TTC!
I've been using these Zita West Vitafem vitamins along with vital dha for the last 6 months. I'm undergoing fertility treatment and have mentioned these drugs to my consultant who agreed that they're the best on the market as they have more ingredients then your average fertility drugs. Its the best out there..
