Making Returns Hassle Free
We endeavour to make it more convenient for our customers to return goods in a cost effective way. We have teamed up with An Post to give you the option of using our Express Post Returns Service.

This service allows you to drop your parcel into your local Post Office for return (cost €4.50) or if you live in Dublin and wish for your parcel to be collected the cost would be €8.05
Please note you must have access to a printer to print your returns label.
If you find that an item is faulty within the specified warranty period we will arrange a repair or a replacement for you. If it’s outside the warranty period we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.
As a first step we would ask you to contact customer service via email or telephone to discuss the fault and notify us you will be sending the goods back.
We may ask you to troubleshoot with one of our technical advisors or directly with the manufacturer initially as some issues can be resolved without sending the item back.
We endeavour to handle returns on confirmed faulty items as quickly as possible – we will send out the repaired/replaced item right away at no extra cost.
If we determine that the item is not faulty we will return the item to the customer, however the customer will be liable for an additional €5 courier fee.
Cancel / Change my order
You are entitled to change or cancel an order up until it has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Goods can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition.
NOTE: The Goods must be in resalable condition or the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser
You have a statutory right to return a Product up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period).
Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery. We recommend checking the order before signing.
