This pillow has saved me from pregnancy discomfort. I started out with the numbness in the hips while sleeping. While I still get occasional numbness, it is very rare. Definitely more comfortable nights than not. It also is great for supporting the belly and back at the same time. For someone who is already a side-sleeper and does not need the degree of support offered by other maternity pillows, this is a very good option. Also, unlike many other maternity pillows, it's not an unreasonable size, which means that it fits nicely in a queen-sized bed without making my husband feel like he is sleeping next to the Great Wall of China.I love it! Found this suitable from 24 weeks onwards - made sleeping a lot more comfortable and encourages you to lie on your left hand side although not difficult to turn over on to your right. I used it not and again when im bottle feeding the little one as its seems more comfortable for both of us.

This pillow is great because it provides just the right amount of support without taking up the whole bed. I sleep on it different ways depending on how I am feeling - sometimes I use the back support for my belly and pull the bottom part of the other side up through my legs. I also flip it over when I change sides, which is easy to do. It has completely stopped all of the hip pain I was feeling sleeping on my side. I rarely write reviews but this pillow is AMAZING and perfect for those who are looking for a versatile, supportive pregnancy pillow that doesn't take up too much room in bed. The design provides support exactly where you need it (back, belly, and then between the legs) and works great whether you are on your left or right sides (you don't have to flip the pillow over every time you turn over). It's small enough to be portable, which I also appreciate. Overall, I had no idea that getting this would help my sleep so much and keep me so comfortable at night. I wish I'd ordered it sooner. Definately worth buying if you are uncomfortable in your pregnancy at night! I got this at 14 weeks and have found it really helpful. I am not a skinny Minnie! And I found it to be fine! It even helped me to lay on my front with that small bit of pillow under my bump, and the big bit under my breasts. At 6 months I started to struggle with hip pain, and also discovered the advice to sleep on your left side to encourage maximum blood flow to your baby (no-one told me that!) - so this has been a great investment. It hasn't solved the problem but certainly encourages me to sleep that way and supports both in front and behind, and is comfortable without being too bulky and has washable covers. This product has been a lifesaver. I got it when I was 6 months pregnant after many times waking up throughout the night on my back which was extremely painful for me. The pillow has stopped me from rolling onto my back and works both ways for lying on the left and right side. Wow. What a wonderful invention! This pillow has to have been designed by a pregnant woman becasue I can't imagine anyone else coming up with such a wierd shaped pillow that works so perfectly. It took a couple of days to get used to it but the back support stopped me lying on my back and stopped my back ache completely, my hips stopped aching and it is like having a soft cuddle in all the right places every night. I loved this pillow it didn't take up loads of room in the bed and it supported me in all the right places it also enabled me to half sleep on my tummy as I normally only sleep on my front.
