Easy to use!
This little wrist monitor is so easy to use! I had an Omron battery-operated arm-cuff monitor that was, for me, very cumbersome to use. I could never put it on correctly, and so it kept giving me those "error" messages. However, this little wrist monitor is so easy to use that I *can* put it on with just one hand.
