This features a one button operation which serves as an alarm and pulse sound function. It is designed to shut off automatically when no signal is detected for lower power consumption.

How to Use:
- Install 2 AAA batteries into the battery compartment.
- Place damp over fingernail as per diagram.
- Insert one finger fully into the rubber hole of the Oximeter.
- Press the switch once on the front panel of Oximeter.
- Both the finger and body should not tremble during use.

I was pleased with this purchase. I had had a cold for for 3 weeks and was concerned about my o2 sat since I am a smoker. I am a nurse and always wanted one for general purposes to keep track of o2 sats; it seemed to give accurate readings since I compared the reading to other people and would get a different reading on non smokers. I was pleased how quickly it arrived and besides it saved a doctors visit. I would recommend this for all families esp if you smoke.

I took this to my doctor's office with me and compared it to the professional machine; it was spot on. It's the perfect little device for easily checking your pulse-ox and heartbeat. Nice and easy to use
i use a large pulse oximeter at work, i bought this for my Lady who is a paramedic and tested it against the large one, and it gave the same reading every time i used them side by side, thus use with confidence.
