Keep in the smells
These do what they say, sit in the timer tippe bun and wrap up nappies. I've tried the bin with just nappy bags tied up inside but they don't seem to keep the smells in as good as these cassettes. Well worth the money to save going out to the big bin every 5 mins with smelly nappies

A must have
We have used this product since our little boy was born 14 months ago. We live in a upstairs flat so it would become a bit of a problem to leave our boy alone each time we had to dispose of a nappy, easy to do when there are two of us home together, but that is rare as we both work. Nappy sacks just don't cut it compared to this system.

Great Nappy Bin System
The Tommee Tippee / Sangenic system is one I'd highly recommend. Instead of having to put nappies into individual bags and then into a nappy bin, you push them through the cartridge into one of the specially designed bins, give it a twist and the nappy is sealed away. The system is certainly friendlier on the nose though I'm not sure I 100% agree with the idea that odour is completely eliminated from the experience - maybe this depends more on the contents of the last nappy before you empty the bin. And you should bear in mind that you may get through the cassettes more quickly than you might think - depending on the size of nappies you're using and the number of changes you're doing a day. One cartridge is most likely not going to last you an entire month.
