Very comfortable. Arrived quickly. It is an investment but it's worth it. Keeps you well supported lying on your side. It comes with a pillow cover so no need to buy a spare as they are expensive. I like how easy it is to fold up into its plastic cover and take on a night away with you, if needed. Really glad I bought it
