Been wearing them underneath regular clothing
Got them recommended to me by my physiotherapist and doctor, who measured me specifically. I was just on the border of small and medium, so as per website sized up to medium which was perfect on the hips and back. I bought towards the end of second trimester and I'm wearing them underneath my usual work clothing. Keep in mind (and I was forewarned) that the over the bump fabric can be a bit loose (to accomodate for various sizes of bumps) but I can easily fold that down. Great for any back pain and pelvic pain!

Flying long-haul to China in my second trimester with a toddler in tow..... Fantastic pregnancy shorts
I am now in my third trimester and have been wearing these regularly since entering my second trimester. They are great to keep me mobile, reduce swelling and reduce pelvic pain. I have been able to continue workout and walking regularly as well as just function through the day with 3 kids under 5. Thankyou SRC!
