The SRC Health Over-the-Bump Pregnancy Leggings are maternity compression leggings were designed to support your legs, back, pelvis and pelvic floor throughout pregnancy. They offer gentle but sustained compression, abdominal support, and a comfortable over-the-bump fit to help ease common discomforts of pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, varicose veins (vulval and leg) and swelling.

How to Use
- Choose the correct size (measure hips at the widest point).
- Put on gently, rolling from ankle upward to avoid damage.
- Adjust the waistband so it sits comfortably over your bump.
- Wear during your day as needed — during walking, standing, routine activities.
- Continue your pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises alongside wearing the leggings.
- Wash on gentle cycle or hand wash; avoid high heat to preserve elasticity

great support during pregnancy
This legging made a big difference during my pregnancy. They gave my bump and pelvis great support and really helped reduce the heavy, dragging feeling when walking or standing. They're comfortable enough to wear all day and definitely worth it!

Life savers!
Pregnant with baby number 5 and the relaxin has made pgp start much earlier- I was in tears daily until I found these beauties! A friend of mine suggested them and they've been the best investment. They even help with the leg pain and give back support. Worth every penny. They're the replacement for my much less fashionable belt/ tummy brace/ compression sock combo.

Good compression
I don't have aching legs in the evening if I have worn these all day. They are great. However I found the top band that sits over the belly too tight, so I cut it. They still sit up fine with the elastic cut.

Definitely worth it!
Was tossing up buying these tights for my third trimester and I'm so glad I did! Having experienced severe stomach separation with my first child, my tummy feels so much more supported the second time around as bub has grown bigger! They have also helped a lot with circulation, especially for my legs which would cramp heaps. The compression is tight enough to feel supported but does not feel restrictive when worn correctly, just take the time to use the size chart (which was spot on) and put them on without rushing to get the best fit for you! Super happy with these tights!
