Returns Policy

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with applicable law.

Your Right to Return

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unopened, with tamper seals intact, and in original packaging in a re-sellable condition.

Exchanges (One Free Exchange)

We offer one free exchange per order where the original item is returned new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for returning the original item to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method used. Refunds can take up to 5 days to process and may take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued and will not expire.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. In these cases, we will cover all reasonable return and replacement shipping costs or provide a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or had tamper seals removed cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

Repackaging Fee

Returned orders may be subject to a repackaging fee of up to €20 where items are not returned in their original condition or require additional handling to restore them to a re-sellable standard. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all return parcels are securely packaged, and we ask that clear sellotape is used when sealing return packages to avoid damage during transit.

International Returns

International customers may return items within 30 days of delivery. Delivery transit times will be taken into account. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

Please securely package the item and include your order number, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or exchange. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Processing Time

Returns are usually processed within 2–4 business days of receipt. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect orders not collected within 10 days are returned to stock and a €3 handling fee applies.

SRC Items

For SRC items, we accept returns for items that have only been tried on and are in perfect, unworn condition. Please remove any outer packaging before sending them back. Unfortunately, items that have been worn, washed or show signs of use, like pilling or damage, cannot be resold and aren’t eligible for a refund or exchange. If your item meets the return criteria, we’ll gladly process a refund or exchange for you.
