Shipping options, Transit times & Shipping Costs at a Glance:
- Time Frame 24 hours: €4.99, some products will qualify for free shipping. Some larger items may take longer which will be detailed in the delivery tab in each product detail page.
- All orders are fully track & traceable – you will receive an email from DPD with your tracking number as soon as your order is received at the depot.
- Order before 1.30pm to avail of Transit times.
- All orders in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. (a small % of larger items such as buggies, prams, car seats have branding on the packaging, please contact us directly if you have a specific delivery requirement for this type of item)
- Please Note the courier will deliver your package any time between 09.00-18.00 and a precise delivery time is not available from inhealth.ie – we recommend having your parcel delivered to your work address if there is not someone at home during these hours.
- Transit times apply 99% of the time. While we strive for perfection in some circumstances we cannot achieve the desired transit time due to bad weather conditions, items out of stock, courier delays and exceptionally large stock items such as pushchairs or treadmills etc.
- Please note we will only deliver to the official address on your order and require a signature for each delivery. We cannot deliver to a neighbour’s house or leave items behind bins or in a Garden etc.
*All goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Dublin, Ireland. Transit times apply to orders placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday. All orders received before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 1.30pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 1.30pm will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not available through any courier in Ireland.

In some circumstances items may be eligible for free shipping. Please note however if any additional items are added to the cart shipping charges will apply to that item.
Although our delivery performance is outstanding in exceptional circumstances deliveries may take longer than expected due to strikes, incorrect address, items out of stock, exceptionally busy periods, unusually large items, bad weather conditions or courier operational failures etc. Transit times are not guaranteed. Please ensure you pay careful attention to the address box at the checkout as this will form your address label for shipping.
How are goods packed & can I be sure that delivery is discreet?
We understand discretion is very important to you our customer. Almost all orders are shipped discreetly in plain white padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logos packages. The only markings on the package are your address on the front and a small return to sender label stating our courier a/c number. In a small number of cases non sensitive and larger products are shipped in their original packaging. Details regarding discreet packaging policy are detailed on each product delivery tab .Your invoice will be inside the parcel. Your mobile number may be printed on the address label so that special delivery instructions may be followed (where special deliveries are possible)
