Shipping options, Transit times & Shipping Costs Explained:
You will be offered 2 choices at cart stage 3. The cost will be added at cart stage 3:
*All goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Dublin, Ireland. Transit times apply to orders placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday. All orders received before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 1.30pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 1.30pm will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not available either through An Post or Fastway Couriers.

* Due to circumstances beyond the control of InHealth some An Post deliveries may take longer than expected due to strikes, incorrect address, An Post operational failures etc. Please ensure you pay careful attention to the address box at the checkout as this will form your address label for shipping. Failed deliveries from An Post cannot be replaced until the item is returned to InHealth.
Option 2 : Fastway Couriers Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Cost: €5.99 (this will be added at cart stage 3)
Transit Time: 24 hours

Track & Trace: yes (tracking on Fastway deliveries is available at www.fastway.ie)
* Deliveries by Fastway Couriers are insured up to €400. Failed deliveries by Fastway are immediately replaced without quibble.
International Deliveries:
We can deliver to any country worldwide. The cost is the same; however transit times may vary depending on where you are. If you would like a timed delivery you can contact us directly where we can choose the most appropriate courier. This is at extra cost to the customer. Please contact us for more details
How are goods packed & can I be sure that delivery is discreet?
We understand discretion is very important to you our customer. All orders are shipped discreetly in plain white padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logos packages. The only markings on the package are your address on the front and a tiny return to sender label stating “Sender MTC Ltd, 34/35 Ormond Quay Lower, Dublin 1, Ireland”. Your invoice will be inside the parcel. In option 2 where a courier is used, your mobile number may be printed on the address label so that special delivery instructions may be followed.
Payment Information - what appears on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will display the description 'Medical Test Centre' and the amount charged to your card. The details of your order are not displayed.
