Evening Primrose Oil from Fairhaven Health contains Vitamin E, selenium (an antioxidant) and the optimum level of Evening Primrose Oil for women who are trying to conceive (ttc). It is recommended to take an Evening Primrose Oil supplement when trying to conceive as it provides women with GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid - an Omega 6 fatty acid). This helps to make the cervical mucus as fertile as possible. Evening Primrose Oil should only be taken in the first half of the cycle, before ovulation has taken place.

Tea for Two Pregnancy Tea - Fairhaven Health’s pregnancy tea is safe to use during the entire pregnancy. It is recommended for sufferers of morning sickness, and overall to support a healthy pregnancy. Pregnancy tea can also be taken during labour to provide comfort and give energy. One bag of Tea for Two pregnancy tea will usually last for one month. It is a loose leaf tea that should be made up with boiling water then left to steep for five minutes before straining out the loose leaves. Made with a combination of strawberry leaf and Lemon Verbena amongst other ingredients, Tea for Two pregnancy tea is a delicious way to support a healthy pregnancy.
